If you do a Basic Search in our catalog, the most relevant items will be shown first, such as items that have both words "dr" and "who." After that it will then show items that have at least one of the words used for the search. Also instead of "dr who" as your search term, I would suggest using "doctor who." As this is how the show spells it, you should get more items turning up in the categories you would like.
