When an item is listed as Freeze it means that the item was suspended in its place in the Request Queue until the Freeze status is removed.  Freeze is useful when you have an item on request, but you know you will not be available to pick it up when it does arrive.  By placing it on Freeze status, you are able to keep your place in line until you are more able to take out the item.

Freeze will only work for items that we have in our collection and that you are still on request for.  If the item status has been set to Transit or Ready for Pickup, you will not be able to Freeze the item.
