Q. Why would a DVD in your catalogue say "not available" when requested?

When an item comes up with that status it usually means that it has been lost, is in the process of being repaired, or has not been fully processed as yet.  If there is only a few versions of the DVD that you want and they all come up as "Not Available", you can fill out our Suggest a Title form to have us acquire a version that can be checked out.
