Q. I forgot my password, how can I get it back?

If you do not remember your password, which is usually the last four digits of your phone number, click the "Forget your PIN?" link from the Login page.  You will then be asked to input your library card number, all 14 digits of it.  After doing so, you will be emailed instructions on how to reset your PIN.
