Q. I cannot log into my library account.

If you are not able to log into your Library Account:

- Type in all 14 digits of your Library Card Number without spaces or dashes

- Your PIN is usually the last 4 digits of your Phone Number

- Be aware that some browsers will "auto-complete" previously entered numbers.  Double check that the numbers that appear on screen are what appears on your library card.
